Mitigation and control of bacterial corrosion must have been prioritized for failure anticipation by associated with microorganisms. This work conducted preliminary studies on T. cordifolia stem extracts at various methanol ratios against P. aeruginosa biofilm as a new eco-friendly inhibitor. The was extracted the maceration method different ratio solvent (100, 75 50 %). activity assessed using dilution (MTT assay) to determine minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). total phenolic flavonoid contents were determined Follin-Ciocalteu aluminum chloride (AlCl3) colorimetric, respectively.
